Synopsis: 

Small and medium sized enterprises have an eminent role in the economic policy of the French government. A great number of government measures are called for improving the conditions of company management and promoting the technological modernisation of these enterprises. French small and medium sized enterprises are already the most important actors of innovative sector and may become – in the near future – the principal generators of economic growth of the French economy.
