Az autóipar hálózatos iparágként sok közvetlen és közvetett haszonnal jár az adott régió számára. Ezt felismerve, Magyarországon a rendszerváltást követően jött létre politikai törekvés a hazai beszállítói hálózat és háttéripar megerősítésére, fejlesztésére. Több mint 15 éves tapasztalat nyomán a mai támogatási rendszer komplex szemléletben nyújt segítséget az iparágat sújtó nehézségek kezelésére. Hazánk 2004-es uniós csatlakozása óta az ösztönzőrendszer kiépítésénél közösségi források felhasználásával is számolhatunk. A cikk a beszállítói háttéripart támogató állami szakpolitikák fejlődését mutatja be a rendszerváltozástól napjainkig.

Supply chain management in the Hungarian automotive industry
Synopsis: 

The automotive industry having a wide-spread supply chain gives a lot of direct and indirect benefits to the region. Recognizing these advantages a political effort was formed after the political system change in Hungary to develop the national supply chain and background industry. After 15 years of experiences today the support system gives a complex solution to handle the difficulties in this sector. Since 2004 when Hungary become a member of the European Union, we can calculate on the European sources by the improvement of the support system. This publication presents from the political system change till now the development of specialized state policies supporting the supply chain in the automotive industry. Main findings of the study are that on the field of research and development there is a need to transform the present regulation system and incentive scheme to make able the country to attract more capital. To increase the efficiency of the support system, in case of the investment- and human resource development should be focus on the sector characteristics.
