A tanulmány a hazai kis- és közepes vállalkozások gyakorlatát elemzi a versenyjogi szabályok betartása/betartatása (a versenyjogi meg felelés) területén. A kutatás a hazai kis- és közepes vállalkozások által a versenyjogi kockázatok csökkentése érdekében alkalmazott módszereket vizsgálja, valamint elemzi, hogy milyen szempontok határozzák meg ezeknek a meg felelési eszközöknek az alkalmazását.

What efforts do SMEs make in Hungary in order to comply with competition rules?
The results of an empirical survey
Synopsis: 

The paper maps, on the basis of a non-representative survey, the best practices of the SMEs in Hungary in the field of competition compliance (compliance with the rules of competition law) and examines how wide-spread the use of these compliance means is. The research inquires which methods (best practices) are applied by the SMEs in Hungary in order to mitigate the competition law risks connected to their market operations and which aspects determine the application of these compliance tools. The survey was accomplished on the basis of the data provided by the Hungarian Central Statistical Office and used the method of online questionnaires.
